Nada ! Mala atención ! Frío! Habitaciones sucias y con mal olor ! Horrible de verdad decepcionante no lo recomiendo jamás

How they tell u the days before about the 30 day rule and your someone who has no where to go

Room could not be secured. Door from balcony (I was on 2nd level, one floor above ground floor) could not be secured because there was no door knob or lock! I asked for a new room and the room I was reassigned to had the same issue. It is illegal for them to sell you a hotel room that cannot be secured!!!

It was terrible nothing to like.

Mold all over the wall in the shower. Disgusting floors, light didn’t work at entry, missing door handle to balcony. So many hotel rooms in building are boarded up. It’s wild. Needs to be shut down.

There was plenty of parking space.

Staff make sure only booked guests are at the hotel but it is currently under remodel and there were roaches in our roo.

Room was absolutely disgusting and not cleaned in what looked like a long time. Requested non smoking and the entire room smelled like cigarettes and the was cigarette butts on the bedframe and burn holes in the furniture.
