Great location near to centre. Quiet and clean, all facilities working well. Angela the house keeper is delightful, she keeps everything well organised and is eager to please her guests. She is friendly and checks if everything is ok in the room. She serves a light breakfast in the dining area and keeps everything well stocked.

Only a net curtain at the window, could do with a blind or a non see through curtain.

Stariway to the specific room is steep, though compensated by harbour view from the balcony

Situated near the centre of Split in a narrow and peaceful street. My room was on the top floor so I had a bit of view of the sea from the little balcony it had. There was a living room, bedroom and quite a big bathroom. It was equipped with a fridge, 2 TV sets, A/C, electric kettle (but no other cooking facilities). Decent breakfast served by a smiling nice lady in a small room on the ground floor (2 kinds of salami, 2 kinds of cheese, hard-boiled eggs, cereals and some buns + juice, tea or coffee). I really enjoyed my stay there.

The only problem I had was that I could only get breakfast as late as at 8 o´clock. As I had to leave quite early every day, I missed my breakfast once and on other days I had only 10 minutes to eat it. Otherwise evrything was perfect.
