Close to Union Square & great Italian restaurant Fino’s

Very small lift & steep stairs as we were on the 6th floor…noise travelled through the building but I guess that’s what to expect in older buildings

The breakfast was good.

Coffee location for breakfast was not suitable. Had to wait for ages to get a hot drink in the mornings.

The only positive was one member of staff, Shiva. He was always helpful. The rest couldn't care less.

Not a lot The bed was awful, made horrible metal grating sound. On top of that Every morning started at 5.30 loud noises, couldn't make out where it was coming from within the hotel or outside which woke us up. It was almost like rubbish bins being dragged along the ground So didn't sleep properly Breakfast: Not much option Tea / coffee machine in reception only. For 2 days restaurant was out of bounds due to renovations So breakfast was setup in reception - not enough room to sit down to eat. When mentioned to reception staff was told ,"you can take it to your room" Our room was on the 4th floor. There was one antiquated lift which used to take forever How you were expected to carry food, hot drinks in your hands to your room

L'hôtel en lui-même est assez classe. Il y a un côté pittoresque qui ravira les amateurs du genre. La TV permet de se connecter à son compte Netflix. Après une journée de vadrouille, c'est sympa de pouvoir se poser devant un épisode !

Le personnel n'est tout simplement pas accueillant du tout. C'est froid. Le personnel d'étage ne parle pas un mot d'anglais, donc inutile d'espérer leur demander quelque chose. Malgré ce qu'indique la page de l'hôtel, il n'y a pas de parking, mais un service de valet, à 67$ la nuit. Il y a un parking payant à 200m qui facture 46$ max par 24h, à Union Square.

L'emplacement génial et le personnel accueillant.

Le manque de variété au petit-déjeuner.

חדר קטן מאוד המיטה קטנה לא מתאימה לזוג מבוגרים, רעש של וצעקות במשך שתי לילות עברנו לחדר אחר תמורת תוספת תשלום וגם שם נשמע אותו הרעש של הלילה הקודם. החלון בשרותים נפתח לפיר של צנרת מאוד מלוכלך.

Very easy access to metro if you need to sleep in downtown. It’s slightly cheaper than most alternatives of a similar class in the area.

It’s not their fault but there is a lot of homeless people in this part of the city. The room deco is a bit dated but bearable for this price. Breakfast is very basic - just a muffin and coffee but it’s complementary.
