Almost all of the hotel receptionists were extremely rude. In addition, we forgot our backpack at the hotel and were already almost in Los Angeles when we noticed. When we called to ask about the backpack and how they could help us send it to Los Angeles, they simply informed us that they would do nothing and that we would have to arrange for UPS to pick it up ourselves. They would not even seal the box that we paid to have shipped. Our experience with this hotel was terrible from beginning to end. Furthermore, the hotel does not offer parking, and they charge almost USD 60 to park your car.

Not very good, no mention of a continetal breakfast as we were expecting a cooked breakfast to start our days.

The room was too light as surrounding rooms with lights on all night and no curtains to block it out. Out all day getting back around 4pm and room not service,even though I let the desk know. 1 service in 7 days very poor, it should be services first checkouts second. No cups in room. THERE SHOULD BE A MINI FRIDGE IN ROOM STAYING 7 DAYS WE WOULD HAVE APPRECIATED THAT.
