The place is very centrally located , very friendly staff , excellent service the rooms are very nice, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated

Accommodation very clean and well presented.

The bar area wasn’t very clean , sticky tables etc and the noise from the outdoor TV which was directly under the bedroom window showing football was too much. Had we realised it was a sports bar we wouldn’t have stayed , glad it was just one night!

Great location the place is really well run I was greeted really well and nothing was too much trouble Tony showed me my room went over everything and sorted parking out for me at the back of the pub All the staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble The food was also excellent I have to say the rooms are superb tasteful and spotlessly clean and well equipped I’ll definitely return and recommend to anyone Thanks Steve

Tony is an excellent host and the property is in an great location the rooms are spotless too

This was our first stay in Ilkley and the Black Hat was perfect for our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, room was very comfortable and the breakfast was great.
