The Westgate Hotel

Randy at the valet and both Sarah and Joe at the front desk were incredible!! They were accommodating, had top level service, and made our stay perfect from start to finish.

Our stay at The Westgate Hotel in San Diego was absolutely incredible! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by how stunning the hotel is—every detail is elegant and literally breathtaking. The staff made our bachelorette trip even more special by surprising us with a complimentary room upgrade, which was such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel extra luxurious. The rooms were beautiful, spotless, and so comfortable, and the entire hotel has a timeless, upscale charm. The service was exceptional from start to finish, and everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and celebrated. If you're planning a girls' getaway, bachelorette weekend, or just want a gorgeous place to stay in San Diego, I can't recommend The Westgate Hotel enough. It truly exceeded all of our expectations, and we can't wait to come back!

La ubicación, la cama muy cómoda y el tamaño de la habitación. El gym muy bueno.

Había en la habitación ruido de la bocina del tren 24/7 . Hice un reclamo q deberían avisar eso con tiempo. Es muy ruidoso. El desayuno es a la carta y es caro. Y no tienen a nadie que ayude con las maletas.

She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, taking the time to answer questions, provide helpful recommendations, and assist with any requests promptly and courteously. The Westgate is an elegant hotel, but it is family friendly. The public areas are so beautiful that you feel like you are in a fancy French hotel. Our room was big and very comfortable. It was beautifully furnished. The staff were all friendly and made us feel like royalty. Frankie brought us room service and was 5 star. The food from Bonne Vie is amazing. Best hotel restaurant we have ever experienced. I could not get over the value and quality that we received at the hotel. We also had amazing service from Perry at Bonne Vie. We used Lyft to get around because there is not too much to do around the hotel, but it was reliable and inexpensive. The only drawback is the constant honking from the nearby trolley or tram. Our room was 85 and it was pretty loud on this side of the building. Also not a very good view, but the view from the pool area is nice. We would definitely stay here again!

The beds, the rooms, the service. Lobby is beautiful as always. This is one of my favorites hotels in San Diego. Sarah at the front desk is one of my reasons I return to The Westgate yearly. Gabriel restaurant server. Good breakfast service “the best”. Never a dull moment with those two. If you haven’t been to the westgate, you’re missing out!
