Beautiful view of the city! Spacious apartment. Good washer and dryer. Host responsive via messaging. Quiet neighbourhood. Plenty of parking. Walkable distance to restaurants, shopping, etc.

The apartment upkeep not good. Many things broken or run down. See photos. Showers bad design, water gets everywhere. All the door handles were wonky and could not close properly.

The apartment was very clean and new. All the electrical appliances worked. Huge TV in living room was nice. The furnishings were simple, tasteful and cohesive. The area was nice and quiet. P4 street side parking was available around the block 1 street away. This should be highlighted to guests. For parking nearer the apartment its P2 parking. My family booked the apartments with 2 toilets. It's really essential for 2 or more bedroom apartments.

Black out curtains in both rooms are too small and not wide enough to cover the windows during 20+ hours of sunlight. Hope the managing agent of Sif Apartments can look into this and install 1 more panel of black out curtains in both bedrooms.

Great location, great apartment with washer / dryer. Plenty of storage and easy to prepare meals in. Staff was super helpful with WhatsApp messages and respond super fast.

Parking in the garage is always a surprise regarding the cost. Very expensive. Could not find the “day rate” within the Easy Park app so we could come and go without the large initial charges.

The apartment was spacious, light, clean, well-equipped and easily accessible. The Sif team was super easy to get in touch with and provided all the information in a timely manner. A luggage room was at our disposal the whole day of check-in and check-out. Everything functioned smoothly. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Reykjavik.

The size and location were great. Good amenities in the house for a longer stay.

The shower doesnt have a curb so it floods easily. The dishwasher smells too.

Superbe appartement, avec vue imprenable depuis le séjour. La petite terrasse super cosy est utilisable aussi avec mauvais temps. Équipements tip-top. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge sont très pratiques. La chambre principale a un bel espace dressing. Position très centrale

La deuxième chambre est petite et n'offre pas vraiment d'espace pour deux adultes. Presque inconfortable. Les deux chambres ont une vue sur l'hôtel en face, ce qui n'est pas embêtant (ça suffit de fermer les rideaux) mais pas super non plus

Modern and comfortable. Very clean. Lots of information sent beforehand. Not right in centre but was good for us as found low/no cost street parking nearby. But still just a short walk to centre and 30min walk to harbour. Very quiet. I would stay again if I go back to Reykjavik.
