Cactus Inn Los Cabos

The room was clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. We weren’t able to find food near nor is this an area one should go out at night. Pesos are a must!

We loved this gem of an inn. Pool, huge tv, internet ok, parking right outside our room off the street and behind walls. Clean and comfy bed!

Room was clean, bed comfortable. Not enough towels.

This was okay for a "budget" place. The air conditioner was very loud. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When we used our own, we didn't realize that without a lid, the water would not run through to the coffee pot, and we almost created a major mess!

The staff very friendly, inn clean just loved it. Would stay again.

I would like tell us about the restaurant

It was one of our 4 hotels we used during our vacation in Los Cabos. The taxi driver, picking us up from there, thought i booked it by mistake because it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. But not. I did book it for our first 2 nights because i liked how authentic it looked. And it is very cute hotel with a swimming pool. The room was small but the beds were comfortable. There was a small fridge. The staff was very friendly. Yes, it is far from attractions or restaurants. We took a bus to go to San Jose, but it is very close to the airport. And the hotel has 24 hour check in. So, i think it is perfect to stay at least for one night if you come not in the afternoon to check in other hotels. And it is convinient for flying out since it is so close to the airport.

The staff was extremely nice. The shuttle driver was very accommodating. However, the room had a lot of ants..everywhere. The shower had hair in it, not ours. There were several empty beer bottles under the sink, The remote for the tv did not work (I just hooked up my iPad) and the remote for the air conditioner worked kinda with a couple taps the screen would come on. There seem to be no sound barrier to what was happening outside and the neighbor building’s dogs barked until quite late and then started back up in the am (glad I had a sound machine to drown everything out). The bed was quite comfortable but that was about it. I was puzzled by the high remarks for cleanliness in this place. There were several places to eat within walking distance that were cheap and delicious and a tiny market across the street catty-corner to get water and such. It was doable for the price I guess. Maybe we just got a bad room. They were very nice there and in their defense I never asked for new remotes.
