Cactus Inn Los Cabos

The hotel is great, the staff is friendly, but when we booked the room they said breakfast was included but when we got here they said it wasn't. Please don't advertise free breakfast if there isn't actually breakfast included.

The property is fine, the language barrier is a challenge. The property is fine though. It would be nice to have some more modern stores close by, but it’s fine

too much road noise

We chose the cactus inn because it is close to the airport and they have a shuttle. The staff is friendly, our room was clean and everything worked. We will stay here again.

I loved the colorful sunflowers 🌻 painted in the sink

On all the sites this hotel is advertised, say they have 24/7 Airport Transfer,, they DO NOT! We waited at the airport,,,for their shuttle, finally took a taxi. There’s a breakfast place that’s yummy,,, the bed was comfortable,, the pool is a small pond.

Good property but no restaurants around the hotel... Free Airport drop is good. Room is clean...

Do not book this place...When we first arrived we were charged 50.00 dollars more after the person checking us in called her boss on the phone. Once checked in she gave us our key when we went to room someone elses things were in there. Went back to let her know she went to look and said nothing and gave us a different room key. We went to our room, knew we were not staying there because of uncleanliness of room, toilet was running and bed looked dingy. To top it off chain lock on door was put on upside down so if someone tried to open door from outside it just fell off. Had them call us a cab and checked in to nicer hotel five minutes away.

Nice staff and shuttle, close to airport.
