Beds were comfortable.

Room smelled of cigarettes. Broken/extremely worn furniture/fuxtures. Curtains broken. Floor lamp not working. Broken tile on vanity. TV remote batteries held in with tape.

TV volume didn't work at all so no volume. Called front desk 3 times. No answer. Finally called upon checkout and asked to speak to manager. Guy said owner was out of country and didn't know when he would call me back. Apparently they don't care that their TV doesn't work, or that I wasn't happy with my stay. Never returning.
