Clean towels clean sheets comfortable bed, the staff was very friendly.

Noisy walkway, doors were Breezy, cigarette butt stand right outside my door . concierge breakfast was an absolute joke stale donuts and one apple, I don't eat donuts and I regretted trying it. I was looking forward to cereal yogurt something, I don't eat donuts. Had to go to a restaurant before driving. If you're going to offer concierge breakfast you should provide it instead of that.

The front desk was so kind in the morning

It was clean and the staff were friendly. I appreciated that it was quiet in the surrounding neighborhood .

I enjoyed the hot tub. I wish it was hotter, but that’s just a personal preference.

The water pressure in the shower was good.

The room was dirty. The desk and the countertop weren’t cleaned. There was a laminated menu on the desk when we lifted it up there was slimy stuff underneath it. There was black mold in the tub and on the floor by the tub. Someone kept trying to open the adjoining door. The person upstairs kept throwing things on the floor so we couldn’t sleep. The breakfast was a joke. It consisted of opened pop tarts, horrible coffee. 4 muffins and 3 mandarins and that was around 7:30 am. I wish we never booked our stay there.

Lots of pillows comfy bed.

Breakfast was awful. Stale chocolate donuts, pop tarts and apples. No hot water for tea.
