Was such a lovely stay, was very peaceful. Pod was very nice, breakfast was delicious, great value for money. Will definitely recommend to others and will be back. Great communication from Suzanne, thank you

Great staff, fantastic breakfast and beautiful location! I paid extra for the birthday package which came with a cake and banner. There was a large ish fridge in the room and nicely decorated. The area this placebosnin os magical and really beautiful! Fantastic communication from staff via text message about breakfast and when I needed to request something. The breakfast was fantastic quality! Really good selection! Tasty and really hot!

The heating system, I felt it didnt heat up the lodge adequately fortunately we took some spare blankets. (This may just be the eco part of the lodge) We were told when we arrived that one of the main light switches if touched would trip the whole of the electrics. We felt that this pod really shouldn't of been in use until this switch was fixed as there was a reason the electric was tripping. This left me feeling slightly concerned there could of been a fire hazard. It definitely made me rethink about the £237 I paid for one night here. The birthday package was £17 can came with a cake, candle and a lighter... but in the manual that we were asked to read we were then told the candle couldnt be used. Pretty disappointed.

Was fresh, felt clean and was spacious. Lovely location. Hot tub was nice and close to the pod.

The bathroom was freezing (it was early February) even with the towel rail heater on, we felt there was a dip in the middle of the bed and the shower pressure was very poor.

Excellent location, clean room, comfy super-king sized bed with good quality linen. Nice large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. Fantastic full breakfast delivered at time of our choice. Excellent range of teas and coffees in room.
