My stay was very relaxing. I knew it would be that's why I came back and will continue to do so. Peaceful setting, go at your own pace. No rigid rules over mealtimes. Fully equipped kitchen. On bus route so easy access to town centre.

Nice clean and everything i needed

The location was great as was the property and grounds. Great kitchen and dining facility on the ground floor. Very pleasant receptionist and good security. Good parking facilities for cars and close to amenities.

Facility was unmanned with no one at reception. Calls to hotel went to voicemail. Room being offered as a hotel was somewhat small and did not have any sofa chair to sit on. It had one small table and dining chair like that of a student living in a dormitory. Bed was very soft and could do with a mattress upgrade and replacement and another bedside table would be good. There was no cupboard to hang clothes - a clothes rack with some hangers like that of a laundry room was there. There was no tea / coffee making facilities or glasses in the room to drink water. The TV remote buttons did not work properly. The ensuite shower room was reasonably clean, but not at a hotel level. The shaver light did not work. There were no basic toiletries such as soap or shampoo. The toilet seat had green tinge over it. The towels had no rack and were placed on top of the flush tank of the loo - most unhygienic! The shower water temperature mixture did not work and scalding hot water was coming through prohibiting one to take a shower. The aesthetics could be worked upon with a much better maintenance level around the shower tray. The facility appears to be used for short / long term visitors like students just like that of a dormitory. Nearby food delivery information would be good - catering for all dietary requirements.

I’ve stayed here many times, but I’ve never had the room cleand. Just need a clean towel.
