"Bis auf die Schlüsselübergabe war alles gut."

Der störende Punkt der Übernachtung war die Übergabe der Schlüssel. Wenn eine Check In Anfrage bestätigt wird, erwarte ich das auch jemand vor Ort ist. Wenn daraus eine zufällige Schlüsselübergabe durch einen zufällig erscheinenden Techniker wird, ist das schlecht.
