Landhaus Bavaria

I needed a place to stay as I drive across Germany to my home. I chose this, as it was around half way, and I saw they had good reviews and good food. Indeed they do. the food is made with care and my schnitzel was possibly one of the finest ever! Breakfast was again, continental and there was a pleasant sufficiency of everything. Quality is often overlooked, and it is good to see people who care about decent food. The room was small but comfortable and clean. good hot water shower too. There is a beer garden front. and parking. the road is not too busy, and its quiet at night. nice park just over the road. Highly recommend. ps I had the Munchener Schnitzel -- gorgeous!

Not much to say here. its on the road, but thats a positive as far as I am concerned - I have a large car, and it was an easy park. but there is only space for 3 cars. so best check ahead as I did. Make sure you are ready for the turn into the rear carpark.

Small but cozy, very clean room, perfect for one, had everything you need, even a water boiler to have coffee in the morning and a balcony. The host was also really nice, good communication.

The place was very clean, it was easy to get there and the staff friendly and helpful.

Great location. right near the park, close to train station and a food store. A Very nice place clean and tidy.

The only problem I had was the pillow it was rubbish flat as a pancake.

We did not have breakfast there. It was nice having a small refrigerator in the hallway.

It was on a busy street so was a little noisy with the windows open.

Adding to our review Horrendous. Still no apology. Myself and my disabled husband where left stranded in the street. Booked in wrong week owners fault as we have confirmed dates. What if the the horrible cheeky cleaner hadnt passed by. I hate to think. Sorry im ranting but now angry disgusted in the way we where treated. Travellers be wary do not use this hotel . Cant focus on positives due to this. Yes we have not paid the bill. But we are intending to. Now all we are getting is messages demanding payment. Not nice being abandoned and ignored is it.

The staff was super friendly and all worked out fine. The beds were very comfortable and had a warm bedding. We booked without breakfast, so we cannot tell about it. I was very happy there was a little kettle. Quiet place although it is close to the main street (we had a room facing the side and backyard, not the main road, well isolated windows). The heater in the shower room.

The pillows, had to fold them to make them a good hight and still the inside kind of slipped away, but we managed. It was quite cold in the room. The room is not very well sound proofed, you can hear guests outside the room very well (and they can also hear you, we guess). The shower and bathroom are very tiny, for us not an issue, just be aware of.
