The staff was super nice. They replied to all our questions and were very friendly. The rooms were clean and had all one needed. The drinks and snacks were a delightful plus and the breakfast was more than enough. We made an inquiry about the wall decoration in the breakfast room and after we left the hotel, we got contacted by the staff giving us the info on where to buy it! What a nice gesture! Thank you so much. If I need to stay in Bratislava again, I will not hesitate to book.

Thicker curtains in the room to keep the room darker in the morning. My sister had the room facing the train station and she said the noise was quite bad. Not sure what the hotel can do about it, but it's definitely something to consider because one wants to be able to sleep at night.
