Beautiful riad at the entrance of the Medina. Karim and his brother really went the extra mile to accomodate all our requests and make sure we had the best experience. I highly recommend staying in this riad! Thank you Karim & all the staff!

The location is convenient as the riad is situated about 10 minutes walking distance from the parking lot. Tajeddine, the receptionist was very kind and helpful during our stay! He was a pleasure to meet. Even though it is stated that cash is the only accepted form of payment but I was able to pay with credit card.

The lighting of the room was very dim. There was no shower head holder and the toilet was very wobbly. The shampoo and body wash was not the best quality as it was hard to work up bubbles during showering. Consider bringing your own products.

Karim..who manages the accommodation welcomes you with a smile and is always willing to help with everything you need during your stay...The Ryad is very traditional and authentic..a few minutes walk from the Madina and cafes..Good breakfast and unexpected Smart TV in your room Netflix etc..as well as one on the terrace..Karim is available 24/7 with great professional service..his younger brother who is studying Hospitality was on a placement and he too was very helpful and professional

Only slight down comment is that the terrace.. at the time we were there... was very cold to eat and evening meal

The staff is really professional and welcoming! The location is really good, breakfast is rich and delicious. The terrace has a lovely view. We also booked the hammam experience and it was great, the lady is very professional. We spent 3 nights here and it's great value for money. Kudos to all staff members.

The blue room was a bit too dark because of the blue paint, it definitely needs better lighting, especially in the bathroom. We did say it to the reception and they offered us another room, which was appreciated. We were just too lazy to move.
