Best View - Welcome Penthouse Apartamentos Karola

Apartment clean and almost everthing you needed. We were there 2 weeks no change of sheets. Had a washing machine and I washed them. Towels changed once. Disappointed no internet and no British tv not even news. We did think the view would have been better. The pool area wasn't very inviting.

it was a perfect location to all bars and the beach, beautiful apartment, everything you needed and very secure

Had requested if I could get in at midday due to early flight, not a problem until I rang when at apartment, told to wait 10/15 minutes when they actually arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes. notice on inside of apartment door for leaving said 10.30am, in fact door bell rang at 10am with cleaners insisting it was 10am. those were the only drawbacks

The apartment was quiet and roomy.

Never seen any staff even on check in we had to get in touch by phone and then a woman came out from the apartmentos and give me the keys after she called who ever was supposed to meet us.

Perfect location with everything you needed for a perfect stay. It had excellent supermarkets and places to eat opposite and excellent bars and restaurants nearby. It had a great view from the 16th floor and although it was noisy, the noise faded once the w indies were shut and it didn’t affect our sleep. The host communicated really effectively and efficiently throughout and couldn’t do enough for my mom and I. We will be back again for sure and would 100% recommend.

There were only a few niggles but if in place it would have been perfect. The shower curtain needed to be longer, there was a strange smell coming from the fridge. It would have been really helpful to have a welcome pack/card which gave the WiFi password and advised when towels and sheets would be changed if you were there longer than a week.

Apartment had no double grazing and very noise so unable to get sleep ,same at my friend . No body to call to chat with . No towel change in seven day
