"mejorable por el precio que pagas"

Ubicación muy céntrica y cerca de todo andando. La cocina bien equipada con todos los utensilios necesarios. El chico nos dió una botella de vino de regalo al llegar y nos dejó tener las estufas encendidas todo el día ya que hacía mucho frío.

La casa tenía mucha humedad, en las paredes sobretodo (y olía mucho a humedad). Los ruidos de los vecinos de arriba se escuchaban mucho. La luz se iba cada dos por tres ya que saltaba un diferencial, y hasta pasadas unas horas no dejaba subirlo.

Sehr zentrale Lage, groß und Möglichkeit zu kochen, sehr netter Gastgeber und immer zur Verfügung bei Fragen.

Die Wohnung hat insgesamt nachholbedarf an Renovierungsarbeiten, Türen innen schließen nicht, Putz bröckelt an einigen stellen, Feuchtigkeitsprobleme.

"Passable malgré des plus non négligeables."

L'emplacement, la spaciosité, la fonctionnalité.

L'extrême humidité de tout l'appartement et les odeurs d'égout dans la salle de bain étaient très désagréables, et ce malgré un deshumudificateur que nous avons fait fonctionner non stop ( 5 LITRES D'EAU PRODUITE PAR JOUR ) et la vmc de la salle de bain en fonction continue ne suffisait pas à atténuer les mauvaises odeurs. Le lavabo de cette dernière ne semblait pas être équipé d'un siphon, donc remontées permanentes surtout par mauvais temps.😡😡😡😱😱😱

El trato con el dueño fue muy bueno y responde súper rápido. El apartamento en sí, está bien adornado y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia de unos días.

Tiene poca ventilación, aunque se sustituye con el uso del ventilador
