Friendly staff and excellent service. Room very clean and comfortable. All social distancing well observed. Breakfast freshly cooked to order with local produce.

The hotel had lost my booking, although they did find me another room. Unfortunately the room I thought I had booked was not as per the description. Showed pictures of a four poster bed and an outside patio area, neither of which it had. When challenged about the misleading pictures , they advised they did have other rooms which fell under the same category which have the aforementioned features. I advised that this was very misleading and to me was false advertising. They made me prove it by loading up both bookings.Com and hotels.com. I asked how they would like to rectify my disappointment and was made to feel as though they had done more than enough as the room rate I’d payed was very good and I should be greatful enough. Didn’t stay for a drink and didn’t go for breakfast as I really didn’t feel welcome.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Upgraded to a room with a balcony. Really nice! Breakfast was awesome...

Staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The facilities were good. Our room was a little small but comfortable.
