Hoi An Green Channel Homestay

10-15 mins walk from old town. Place is quiet. Room is quite big.

As its homestay, you will wake up with noises, sound of crying baby and smell of cooking in the morning. They knocked my door and asked if im gonna check out or not at 10:30am which is abit surprising. AC is weak but theres a fan in the room. Dont expect too much amenities. Theres no mirror in the room. I have to do my make up in the bathroom. Room is not cleaned enough but it was not the concerning issue. But honestly with the amount I have paid, I think its quite nice deal since I wasnt staying inside the room for too long

The location was good and close to the centre the room was quiet and reasonably clean and the staff were friendly .

The bathroom smelled musty and of dirty water . We stayed 3 nights and no cleaning was done or towels and bedding not changed .

The room got lots of sun, was clean and nice and spacious.

Staff very kind, bed really confortable..

Window only face to corridor, room was very moldy. Lots of mouse dirt in drawer.

Everything was perfect tbh
