Delta Hotels by Marriott Quebec

Do not trust the people working at this hotel. We left behind 2 inexpensive bathing suits that were drying on the shower curtain rod and called a few hours after checkout. We submitted a list and found ticket through Marriott and the case was immediately closed saying they weren’t found. This hotel is very run down and doesn’t have their guests at the forefront of their minds. What a shame.

Près centre des Congrès Personnel très courtois Surtout les 2 jeunes hommes "portier" rencontrés durant la fds. Très tres bon service

Les ascenseurs 1 de brisé Il faut changer au 3e étage, c'est fou avec tous ces gens qui arrivent du stationnement. Vraiment je n'ai jamais vu de système pareil. Ça pris 30 min avant de pouvoir descendre au Lobby du 4e étage.

Its location

I got a deluxe king size room. What I received was same on 4th floor 4th floor for > CAD 500/night. Hallway outside was never vacuumed and had scrap papers, and dirt. Room was large with spartan furniture. One arm chair, when expected a sofa or live seat. Mattress was old, saggy and with no edge support. I almost slipped out of bed. The view from windows was unfortunately roof top all the way! Good: staff were very good, specially Alin the manager and Phillipe concierge was very helpful.

Belle chambre bon confort.

Déjeuner continental non compris pour le prix de la chambre. Se faire réveiller à 4heures du matin par des fêtards dans le passage à 3 reprises. Déçu de devoir payer un café à l'accueil par carte de débit et qu'en plus les carte de crédit ne fonctionne pas.

Le personnel ils étaient parfaits et très performants merci
