"It's a shame Heather's greed put a dampner on our stay before we'd even arrived"

For all future guests please see my honest review on Trip Advisor.

Trying to get fleeced for an extra £10 less than 48 hours before arrival and the other 2 guests staying there did actually get fleeced for an extra £15 which they shouldn't have paid as they booked on Booking.com the same as we did and breakfast WAS included. See my honest review of how we were treated on Trip Advisor (with proof of the attempt to fleece me along with the good things too)

Heather was very friendly and the room was very clean. The road is quite busy but as we were at the back of the house this wasn’t really an issue. Parking was easy. Breakfast was great and we would definitely return.

Our stay with Heather was perfect. We were visiting friends who were on holiday in the area. Heather is warm and welcoming. The room was spacious, very clean and the large bed super comfy. Breakfast was spot on. The local beach at Highcliffe is beautiful and worth a visit. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you for your hospitality Heather! Ali and James
