Room price and free airport shuttle, but this would not be enough to convince me to return

Restaurant service very poor, no children's menu or appropriate food to offer a 1 year old child. Ordered steamed vegetables for 1 year old child and asked that they make sure that the veg is soft (not crunchy and half cooked) so that baby could eat them - served practically raw so it was returned to the kitchen and asked to steam some more. Waited at least 20 mins before veg was returned and then it was cold and no different to the food we had originally been served and returned, so we returned it again and using google translator explained why it was important that the food was cooked properly and steamed until soft. Waited another 20 mins or more before it was brought back to our table and this time it was just a little softer, but still not soft enough for the child to eat safely. These veggies were not steamed as advertised, but had a microwave texture....I know the difference!. Rubbery and crunchy! There was no child menu in the other restaurant on site either. Ordered 2 deserts, and had to wait over 20 mins for the 2nd one to come and by that time I'd eaten mine! Seriously how long does it take to put a piece of brownie and a dollop of ice cream on a plate. The restaurant wasn't even busy! I would NOT recommend this hotel. In the middle of nowhere and 7/11 about a 10 min walk away. Pool bar only useful if you are actually in the pool. I did not want to sit in the water just to have a drink, and I would've liked to sit at a bar and enjoy a drink. Ordered cheese and ham toastie from "shack' beside the pool and this comprised of bread not toast, a small bit of melted cheese and slice of ham.....inedible! Dreadful food all round! Not cheap either. Privacy in and around the pool was compromised the day we arrived as filming was going on around the pool with a large filming crew - this continued until after midnight, and disturbed me at night. Unable to relax and feel comfortable around the pool whilst this was going on....

Hotel pretty much in middle of nowhere only fault id give but so Close to airport and shuttle was very handy
