Very clean rooms. Staff was extremely nice,. Very comfortable with Very little noise.

Absolutely nothing.

Complimentary breakfast was good even if the dining area was a little small

The bed sheets had a few stains

They over charge their guest for basic purchases. $8 for a somole bottle of water. Water isn’t that expensive at airports. Not even close. This is absurd!

I’ve previously stayed at this hotel and always had a good experience with the room cleanliness. I will say there was a strong smell of cleaning products who I don’t personally like. My big issue is that at check in I was given a room key and when I opened the door, someone was already in the room. I returned to the front desk and they apologized and assigned me a new room. Now, I’m traveling alone so I lock the door and tried to use the latch as well, but it was not installed well so it look extra force to latch and even more to unlatch. I thought this was not really safe if there was an emergency or anything so I mentioned it to the front desk. The attendant said maintenance would check on it the next day. The following day when I returned for the day I checked the door and it was still the same as before. I went to the front door again and I was just met with “have you tried pushing it harder?” One of the attendants came to my room to check on the latch, he’s a man taller than me and forced the latch closed and open in an attempt to prove there was nothing wrong. I just told him ok since he was obviously unwilling to see my concern. It was very dismissive. The coffee machine also didn’t work, but at that point, I didn’t feel like being ignored by the front desk…

The staff and accommodations were exceptional. I will continue to stay here every month this summer, during my travels

The pool was not open and no where on the website did it say it was closed for remodel. I asked for my money back and still haven’t gotten an answer or my money back.
