Quality Inn & Suites Springfield Southwest near I-72

The room was comfortable and pretty clean. Very conveniently located near stores and restaurants

Smokers outside the building at the entrance, the smoke detector in our room was covered by a plastic bag. The coffee was pretty gross (and I'm not picky) and it smelled like Marijuana in the lobby most of the time.

The front desk lady, Kelly was very helpful

It was dirty, it smelled bad, blankets and sheets and rags were dirty. Thw pool was kind of green and the hot tub water was darker than normal. We went somewhere else and didn't stay there. The ratings on here are why we trusted it and when we got there I realized the ratings were very false. Made us not trust any booking sites anymore. The pictures they show on here are extremely false. Nothing looks like those pictures! When we pulled in the parking lot they had a screen with a softball or bigger sized hole in one of their screens on the windows that was never fixed. I professionally clean homes and bnb's and presentation and cleanliness is everything. This place does not have that. I was afraid we'd bring home bugs.

Location was great

The entry and service was wonderful.. the room Smelled of wet dog and cat urine with the overall appearance of nor bring clean. We asked for another room which was not available so after receiving a refund we went to another location.
