The manager was great. He switched our room after having booked on a popular site. He even helped us carry our luggage up the stairs to a great room on the second floor! The location was great for us- close to the train station and to the highway!

The breakfast was abundant but not very tasty!

Clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. When one desk clerk saw me using a cane. He right away changed my room to the first floor.

Restaurant burgers were very good

I was very unhappy with the fact no one ever came in and cleaned our room. We had to ask every day for clean towels. There were no hand towels and were told they didn't have any. I was also told when asked for towels to bring our dirty ones to get clean ones. The price we paid for the room was way over priced for not getting our room cleaned and the outdated condition of the rooms and hotel. The staff was not as friendly as the reviews stated. I would definitely not recommend this hotel.
