"Vacaciones inolvidables"

Excelente ubicación, el sabor de los alimentos muy bueno, los empleado son muy amables y es un lugar confortable para la familia, sus horarios son muy buenos y se ejecutan bien, las habitaciones son limpias.

La alberca esta muy sucia y es muy pequeña No respetan la fila expres de reservacion de booking, nos formamos varias veces solo para hacer chek in La gente aparta los camastros hasta con una sandalia y eso no esta bien

La ubicación y la atención

Uno de los cuartos ya se veía muy viejo, el agua caliente salía en tono amarillo en la tina y no nos dieron toallas en la habitación

The only good thing was the view

Horrible service, for the price paid the value is not there, low speed internet, no room service, very cheap alcohol, only one type of beer, the house alcohol was the lowest quality. There were not enough chars at the each or pool. Our room had mold on the bathroom. Kids pool with rusted screws . Everyone expected tips for very poor service.

Pedi toallas desde la primera noche, me las dieron un dia previo a nuestro check out Le hacen falta vestidores en area de alberca Un frigobar en la habitacion no estaria mal.

"Fue buen servicio pero puede mejorar"

Es cerca a la playa, tiene suficientes elementos y espacios cómodos, es seguro, con actividades diarias bien elaboradas, las personas que atienden para guardar equipajes y valet parking muy amables y dedicadas a su trabajo, recomiendo especial atención con los ascensores respecto de su Mantimiento

Que cobrarán estacionamiento y la verdad no me había fijado en ello cuando compré, me ubicaron en habitación buena, limpia pero tenía problemas con el baño pues la cañería expedía un olor fétido tocaba taparla con la toalla. Deben tener una mejor gestión del servicio de lavado del menaje de platos y cubiertos, ofrecen el café en tasas grades pero en dos oportunidades me salió con el pintalabios de alguien.
