LBI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The room was extremely unclean, with insects (including worms) present, and the bed was very uncomfortable and not hygienic at all. The overall cleanliness was far below acceptable standards. The staff were unhelpful from the moment I arrived. There was no one available to assist with my bags, and the valet parking service was careless — they parked my car overnight with the handbrake down, which is both dangerous and irresponsible. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I hope management takes serious steps to improve both the cleanliness and the quality of service.
IEBed mattress was horrible; suite was advertised to have full Kitchenette which is not true (no pots and pans) only two mogs and few dishes which is very far to be considered as full kitchenette; bed linens are not changes during whole stay though requested several times, they were also not clean at check in, suite was not cleaned before check in and was dirty and there were water at the floor. there were no clothes hangers at check in, I have requested staff to provide few they gave me horrible metal hangers usually used for laundry which I have preferred to refrain from using them. staff insist to provide only one card for the room so if you forget it at the socket you need to ask someone to open the door for you. hotel receptionists are not cooperative and friendly in general, be cautious of extra unexpected charges which looks like a fraud, they have charged extra 5% on the top of final price claiming it is related to bank policy when using bank cards for payment although the charges already included taxes and several other fees including visa fee.

FRExcellent location walking distance from Rawche Corniche, free Parking, friendly staff, the room was big and ideal for family (2 connecting rooms).
The cleanliness of the rooms should be better for such a hotel. More efforts to be done on cleaning the rooms.
