location is great and the staff are friendly

this is my 2nd stay and the property is tired and needs maintenance and some modernising

it’s quiet, definitely good for some alone time. the location is also strategic in a way. very cozy.

the shower water is running a bit slow, need to take an extra time to shower.

Size of suite.

The hygiene failed tremendously here.... many cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. All curtains and surfaces were so terribly dirty with dust and dirt. Was keen to leave even from first day of checking in. On 2nd & 3rd day, had to shower with a dead cockroach as room was not attended nor cleaned. Picture of pool did not match reality. No seaters available like in advertised photos. Breakfast for a fee was a joke. Every day, were were served 2 pieces of toast and 2 eggs (which we could have easily made ourselves), nothing else. When I messaged the owner to discuss all these issues, messages were ignored and he never responded. Wouldn't stay here again even if for free. No effort whatsoever in making property clean and liveable.

the property needs some maintenance and upgrades

convenient, spacious apartment that’s very good value

location and great room for a single person.

no glasses in the kitchen and the TV could not get the channels, also the couch could use a clean, but that’s almost every couch in Bali!
