"Perfect location and great apartment "

Our stay at the Rose st apartment was fabulous. The location was great. So close to everything. We walked everywhere! The local pubs were great for local comfort food. It was lovely to stay in a whole apartment with room to chill. Everything was super clean and the little details like a welcome treat box were a friendly touch. The instructions with (photos) for getting there and getting in, for using hot water and appliances were very clear and helpful. I couldn't get the washing machine door to close so we ended up having to do laundry elsewhere. Being the weekend i couldnt contact anyone about it. We didnt use the hob or oven. Decent wifi. Comfortable sofa and bed. Nice shower. Hell, a king sized bed when i was expecting a full/double was a huge bonus.

Shower didn't heat up at all. Floors creaked so bad and lock box was not labeled and really hard to open.

"3 flights of stairs, no lift."

Once up the 3 flights of stairs the as apartment was spacious and the kitchen had all you need. Chest in bed room. Towels are nice.

Carrying luggage, groceries, etc up 3 flights of stairs was horrible for us as we are in our 60s. The bed was horribly uncomfortable. Felt every spring poking me.

Great location. Spacious flat

I would have liked to have known before I booked that the flat was on the top floor and there was 46 stairs to climb to get to it. I have problems with stairs and would not have booked it if I had know.

"Superb location with nice facilities and amenities"

I did not have a lot of interaction with the staffs as the instructions were very clear from what they have provided. I believe they will be helpful in case of any issues. Location was superb, 10 mins walk to old town and in the heart of Princes st, you could not ask for more. The room was nice and tidy, it had everything we need.

"fantastic location, clean and spacious flat."

the location is superb. The flat was very clean and well-furnished.

When you use the washing machine, the whole flat shakes. Also, it could use more cutlery and dishes.
