昨日、宿泊した部屋に、 今朝、毛虫が出ました😭 下に落ちた瞬間、 ゴミ箱の蓋をかぶせました。 その後、チェックアウトしましたが、 誰か？伝えた方が良いと思いましたが、 掃除の方と会えませんでした。 毛虫は上に登って来ますので、 気持ち悪い👎 ベッドの下から出て来ましたので、 見ておいて下さい。 パカパカしてました😑 🐛虫嫌いです💢

didnt know it was an unmanned hotel and has a hard time during check in as i opt for cash payment but manage to call operator and can speak english. he showed me the way to bank in money and to process check in. would like to complain a bit that before check in, i sent a few messages on booking.com message to property but was never replied. i informed i wanted to pay cash as there was also cash payment option on website. but was never replied. if my message was replied and informed that cash is not allowed, i would have done credit card payment or bank in cash beforehand to ensure smooth check in. it was a rainy day that day and i had to get out and look for deposit ATM to bank in

no staff is providing help in person, only remote check-in. can only put luggage at public area prior to check-in time. poor acoustic insulation between floors.

Location is good. Best value for money. The room is big comparing to other Japanese hotel. All facilities and amenities are new. The room also comes with kitchenette.

Check-in is very painful. Very late check-in and very early check-out. Warning, it is an un-manned hotel. Only virtual receptionist to call who can't help you with anything. We arrived early, but the hotel doesn't offer any luggage storage. I travelled with an elderly mother, almost 80 years old. It was a nightmare to walk all the way back to Hakata Station with slow walking mother and 3 luggages. (Taxi is very hard to hail on that location either.) No taxi booking service. Imagine, you are in a non-english speaking country and try to arrange a taxi for your early morning flight. I had to get up extra early and walked all the way to Hakata Station to call a taxi and come back for my elderly mother. We paid for taxi between hotel and Hakata Station everyday. If you travel with elderly or little kids, this hotel is not your choice. They should have informed us that it's the un-manned hotel and no additional service whatsoever included.
