The staff was kind

The location of the highway was outside in the from of the hotel a man came walking out of no where out of the dark I was scared went right back up stairs I felt very unsafe

They lie about the quality, they don’t communicate well, the rooms smell like cigarettes!! I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t even recommend it to my worst enemy!! It would be very evil

The lobby didnt look like the picture, the room smelled like dirty feet, at one point the elevator smelled like trash. the room itself was clean but the smell was rough

The room and hotel itself was clean. The furniture in the breakfast and in the room is a bit beat up. The carpet in our room was ripped up a bit and the bathroom was super dark to the point my 7 year old even complained it was very daek and the ceiling tiles in the bathroom were stained and falling down. The room also smelled like Marijuana when we first entered and I had to open the window and air it our. The pool was nice however you have to walk around the back to the pool and while you can exit out the side door to get to the pool you cannot reenter in that side door, you have to walk all the way around and go into the front door, which isn't really something that is very comfortable being a woman and a very busy highway is what you have to walk near in your bathing suit and with a small child. There should be entry into the side entrance closest to the pool with your room key. The breakfast was good and area was clean however there were homeless men eating breakfast and going in grabbing food and then leaving. Which I understand they need to eat but definitely not what we were expecting to see. They didn't bother anyone but again being a Mom there alone with my 7 year old daughter it makes you on high alert. The parking lot was also always full of trash everywhere. It was also extremely noisy being next to the highway.
