USVery nice cabin.
USI enjoyed our location of our cabin. It was immediately next to the river. The sounds of the water and the view of the river was very nice. The location was close to RMNP east and a quick drive to downtown. The cottages are close together, but it still was quiet. We had some problems with the wifi and we received prompt attention by staff and the problem was resolved quickly.
The bathroom condition was very poor. There was a small tile missing in the shower and the grout was very, very dirty. The bed had a flat sheet (clean and crisp), but only covered with only a thin quilt which had stains on it. It didn't look like it had been washed. We found a blanket in the closet so that helped, but it didn't feel clean. Also, we rented a one bedroom and it really was a studio. There was no door to the bedroom.
Loved having the river so close. The lawn chairs and carved benches were nice for relaxing.

Very nice cabin, right on the river.
The cabin is a lovely set up with everything you can need. The view is beautiful in the back. Only thing is the screen on the back porch had holes and a burner on the stove doesn't work correctly but everything else was amazing and friendly environment
Nice place. Eazy access. Peaceful to sit by the river. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was low in the shower. Eazy parking. Hot tub was clear and clean and hot. As it should be. Kitchen was adequate. Low on coffee hi on teas.

Stayed in #2 Hummingbird. Plenty of space for family of 4. Perfect outside of town landing point when visiting RMNP. No view of river from this particular cabin, but plenty of spots by the river to relax. Pros: clean, convenient to town and RMNP. Nice porch to sip coffee on a cool morning. Cons: Shower is short and small, had to bend down to get my head wet. Not a big deal, just an annoyance.
