Location and bed was comfortable

Omg 1st room smelled so bad we had to switch. Second room smelled a bit better although these particular “pet friendly” rooms are VERY beat up!!!! Would not recommend and neither would our dog. Not sure how they got a 8 rating on Bookings. We arrived very late - would have stayed elsewhere if had arrived earlier.

Should be called Best Western Minus! Very dated rooms. Needs remodeling. Very noisy with no security. People running the desk were hard to understand. EV chargers didn't work. Front desk didn't have quarters for laundry room. I wouldn't recommend to anyone to stay here.

Greeting from staff at the front desk when arrived was exceptional. Had a long day and the Greeting from the front desk was perfect .

After 12 hours on the road we pulled in around 9pm and chose this place because they allowed pets . Was suprised by how much the pet fee was, other places were cheaper. We had a second floor room when we got off the elevator there was an overwhelming smell of some kind of flowery powder they put on the carpet to obviously mask a smell . We got in our room and it seemed ok other than a musty smell, until I pulled back the bed cover to get in bed and there was dirt stains on the sheets . Went down to the desk to get new sheets and she handed them to me in a ball . They didn’t even have folded clean sheets . I do not recommend this place at all .

The vibe in the neighborhood? Why don't you list any negatives? It's a noisy hotel at an interstate interchange. It is what it is. I booked and paid through Booking.com. I paid for a king room. When I arrived, the desk clerk advised that I change to a queen room because the only king room left was on the side of the building next to a very busy highway and that it would be loud. While I appreciated his advice, I was disheartened to learn he could not refund me the difference between a king and a queen room, since I had booked on Booking.com and had already paid for the room.
