I like the chalet and the location

They are not helpful at all they took 900 € as deposit and know more than one month they still not returned it back.at the first day of arrival I sent a massage through email tell them that the window is broken and the water boiler not working and at the moment they send some body to check the window and bring other boiler. and now tge said we are the one who who broken the window and it was scrow by nail why you open it this not correct and the chalet is withuot AC of course we will open it
