"Nice accommodations but lacking basic maintenance"

Nicely accommodated family of 5. Outside patio nice addition. Clean, kitchen with all basics.

Apartment lacks maintenance such as bathroom fixtures, toilet, shower, patio door broken and unable to lock, light fixtures many don't work. Entrance with broken closet and thrown appliances. Main entrance lock didn't work. Noisy guests throughout the night, poor noise isolation, suggest noise policy.
