"Exceptional for the price."

Friendly check-in staff, rooms had wicked high ceilings, comfortable, and bathroom amenities did not skimp despite the pretty cheap price! I.e. towel warmer (you don’t even see that at 5 star hotels). There’s also a 24 hour cafe with a cozy atmosphere to do some work in.

The location. Quite gritty and a lot of homeless around.

"Great location near the train, clean rooms and friendly staff."

Because the area doesn't feel very safe, I wasn't eager to leave for breakfast or coffee. It would have been nice, making the hotel exceptional, if they at least had complimentary coffee.

Better signage or communication to find the fitness center. I didnt like paying for coffee when I didnt feel comfortable walking nearby for coffee after coming in at night and seeing so many people passed out. Not the hotels respo sibiloty for the people outside, but a nice gesture would be free coffee.

Shower was great TV wasn't so great

Tv was difficult to use. Did not have the best reception and I didn't like that. I didn't have a table And chair
