JOIVY Famous St. Mary's Street Old Town Apartment

The apartment was not too bad but the approach to it over 3 floors was terrible with litter strewn all over the stairs and landings. The mortice lock did not work and had clearly been jemmied open at some time. The apartment was cold even though heating was on i had to keep my coat on,and some areas needed attention. Wardrobe door only opened a crack due to carpet, chest of drawers flimsy. The picture of the apartment shown here completely misleading and not true. I left the apartment the same night and booked into a hotel as i didnt feel safe as a solo traveller. I returned the keys the next day after taking photos but th office assistant whilst apologetic did not appear to take in what i was saying except about the coldness of apartment and offered no solutions.
