Omni Hilton Head Oceanfront Resort

My experience at the hotel was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The amenities were very nice!!!!!!!

Arrived to be placed in a suite that smelled like vomit- kitchen sink was backed up with, I guess, food sitting in it. They sent maintenance up to fix it with no luck. Told no more suites available so had to size down room. They were apathetic about the whole situation. New room had spiders crawling on walls, and very dirty floors. The plumbing was working so that was a plus. The best part of this place was the outside. It’s right on the beach and the grounds are very nice. I wouldn’t go back here.

My husband and I found the Omni Hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the Amenities were excellent, including a nicely equipped fitness center, excellent restaurant and bar. The pool and spas were very nice, and the location of the Hotel on the beach front was very nice. The rooms were very clean and very well equipped: Mini kitchen with refrigerator, toaster, Keurig coffee pot, and microwave, plus a dining bar.

From the time we arrived on the Monday before Christmas, we knew we had made the right decision to stay at the Omni. We were welcomed, celebrated and made to feel like we were part of the Omni family by Ren and others at the front desk. Our spacious room overlooked the courtyard which was set up with fire pits and other fun activities. We had people checking in on us daily to insure our experience was good as well as a little hand-holding by Mary (Concierge) when we were concerned about allergies related to food (Exec Chef Joseph and Chef Ryan immediately put us at ease). Our servers, Devon and Lavern, followed through on making sure our meal was not only delicious, but also safe for me. We enjoyed our time by the beach and the pool - it was beautiful! We woke up to stockings on our door Christmas morning with treats made by the kitchen staff as well as a beautiful ornament to commemorate our time in Hilton Head. If you want to feel cared for and appreciated as a guest, stay at the Omni in Hilton Head! Management has made guests the priority and it shows!

Loved the room, balcony, double sinks, close walk to the beach, great food, loved the heated outdoor pool and hot tub! Thank you for our Christmas stocking and beautiful ornament! Yummy treats!

Too much fees, needs better quality coffee and outdoor eating where you can sit with pets.

We were very satisfied with our stay at Omni. Our room was very clean and spacious. We were invited to Igloos on the Dunes and my kids thoroughly enjoyed it. They were able to make s'mores and thought the igloos were super cool. Great experience!! This was our first time at Hilton Head, we look forward to visiting again.

My wife and I came for an anniversary trip and we had a fantastic stay. Our room was clean and spacious, the amenities were great, and the staff was super friendly and attentive. We will absolutely be returning for another stay in the future. Highly recommend.
