Bij aankomst konden wij al eerder inchecken, wij werden erg vriendelijk ontvangen door de host. Mooi appartement met genoeg ruimte en veel opbergruimte voor kleding. De kamer was erg schoon bij aankomst. Prijs-kwaliteit verhouding is erg goed!

Locatie

Ons verblijf bij Ski & Bike Apartments Forsthaus was helaas teleurstellend. Buiten de ligging op een goede locatie en een verzorgd appartement is er zonder geldige reden een deel van onze borg ingehouden, waarbij de uitleg hierover telkens veranderde. Dit voelt als een oneerlijke manier van omgaan met gasten en roept vragen op over het beleid van de accommodatie. Daarnaast was de gastvrijheid ver te zoeken. De eerste personen van onze groep arriveerden in de ochtend en wachtten rustig in de kelder voordat ze konden gaan skiën. In plaats van een vriendelijke ontvangst werden zij door de gastheer op onbeschofte wijze toegeschreeuwd, terwijl ze niets verkeerd deden. Dit gaf direct een slechte eerste indruk. Als je een accommodatie zoekt waar gastvrijheid en eerlijke behandeling centraal staan, dan raad ik dit verblijf ten zeerste af. Helaas staat klantvriendelijkheid hier niet hoog in het vaandel, en de borg lijkt eerder een extra inkomstenbron dan een waarborg voor eventuele schade.
