GBLocation was close enough to places to walk everywhere and it was clean and tidy.
The smell of damp quite strong (from the bathroom) in property wasn’t pleasant. We were lucky we spent most of the time out the flat and when inside could open all the windows (which it needed) as the weather was nice (although chilly). The management agency response was quick initially to acknowledge the issue but failed to offer a solution or help. The lights in the bathroom also had a mind of their own again no management response for that.

El wc no tragaba bien, tuvieron que venir a arreglarlo, majos porque mandaron a alguien pero seguía con que no tiraba bien.

DEDie Lage war gut, die Küche machte einen neuen Eindruck und war gut ausgestattet. Die Organisation von Ankunft und Abreise war professionell und hat problemlos geklappt.
DIe ganze Wohnung roch stark nach Schimmel und Feuchtigkeit, besonders das sehr kleine Bad. Der Garten war ungepflegt und z.T. lag Abfall herum.

Great garden at the back. Very clean and nicely furnished. Very responsive to requests. Close to Waterloo Place where the tourist buses start from. Quite a steep climb from Leith St. The walk up viaWaterloo Place is more gentle. Highly recommended.
