Las vistas desde nuestra habitación. Muy cerca del puerto desde donde salen los catamaranes para ir a las islas. Estación de buses a pocos pasos. Y la hermosa Split para recorrer y disfrutar.

The property was the perfect location. We were able to walk to everything. Bus stations, excursion meeting points and dining places.

The only thing I can say to improve is that the water was expensive, but that was everywhere in Split. Stock up from a store… you’ll drink more water than you think!

公寓房，在一栋高层商务楼的五六层。预订了7间房，因为男同胞比较多，备注了需要双床间，全部帮我们安排好，太贴心了。不论海景市景，房间都很大很干净，布局合理，设施较新，整面的玻璃窗，视觉上非常通透敞亮。 公寓地理位置非常好，距离码头和老城都在步行15分钟内，旁边有个超市、街对面有个面包房，生活便利。 房东一男一女都非常热心和耐心，我们咨询了一下跳岛的情况，向我们推荐了他认为不错的机构和路线，当我们询价时确实是淡季为数不多仍在营业且非常正规的旅游机构。同时，房东还向我们推荐他认为当地不错的观景点和附近的餐厅，确确实实都非常棒。 退房时租的车辆需要临时在楼下停靠装行李，房东端着杯茶就一直和我们在楼下等，非常友善。 克罗地亚整个行程只有斯普利特选择了民宿类的公寓，但感受是最好的，房东亲切的建议和贴心的服务，拉进了人与人之间的距离，真切感受到克罗地亚人民的淳朴与热情。 The apartment is located on the fifth and sixth floor of a high-rise commercial building. It's so considerate that we booked 7 twin-bed rooms because there are quite a few male guests and everything was arranged for us. Whether it's the sea view or city view, the rooms are all very spacious and clean, with a reasonable layout and relatively new facilities. The full-length glass windows make the room visually very bright and spacious. The apartment is located in a very good location, within a 15-minute walk from both the dock and the old town. The living environment is very convenient, with a supermarket next to it and a bakery across the street. The landlord, a man and a woman, were both very enthusiastic and patient. We inquired about island-hopping and he recommended the agency and routes he thought were good. When we inquired the agency about prices, they indeed turned out to be one of the few travel agencies still operating during the off-season and were very formal. At the same time, the landlord also recommended some local viewpoints and nearby restaurants that he thought were good, and they were indeed excellent. When we checked out, the rented cars needed to be temporarily parked downstairs to load our luggage. The kindly landlord, holding a cup of tea, waited with us downstairs the entire time. During our entire trip to Croatia, we only stayed in a B&B apartment in Split, but it was the best experience. The landlord's friendly advice and attentive service helped bridge the gap between people.We truly felt the simplicity and warmth of the Croatian people.
