Hotelzimmer gut ausgestattet und sauber

der Frühstücksraum war viel zu klein und auch die Auswahl sehr mäßig. weiters waren die Zimmer leider sehr hellhörig, obwohl das Hotel in einer Seitenstraße liegt, war der Verkehrslärm deutlich hörbar

"Excellent experience in Brooklyn, New York"

I recently stayed at the Comfort Inn at 150 20th St. in Brooklyn and had a very good experience. The room was small, which I expected being in New York City, but it was very clean and had just about everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially want to recognize Marilú at the front desk. She was extremely friendly, accommodating, and very helpful throughout my stay. Excellent customer service like hers really makes a difference. The only thing I would suggest for future guests would be a simple TV channel guide card next to the television. Other than that, everything was great, and I would definitely stay there again!
