Please note, If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included. If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee. The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian. Please note the age of the children in the Special Requests box when booking. You are encouraged to make a table reservation and book parking space in advance. After booking, you will receive instructions from Gothia Towers Hotel via email. Amazing view and very friendly staff. The breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options. However, housekeeping could be improved, as the room was not cleaned thoroughly every day. Additionally, coffee supplies were only provided upon check-in and were not replenished during the stay.

The view of course - but we chose the room for this very reason - it did not fail us. It was lovely to have some bubbles and snacks included - although toblerone is more of a treat than a snack - maybe something that goes with the prosecco in future?

The breakfast was good, but not quite as exclusive as hoping. The cream was off, and I had to inform the kitchen (which they promptly replaced the bowl) and the omelette was not really an omelette but egg cooked in a pan with filling. it would have been nice with proper latte and cappucino and not a machine to really take it from a good hotel breakfast to something more exclusive - and since they had another breakfast space on a lower floor I was hoping for something a little more.
