Please note, If you book a room at Upper House, entrance to the spa is included. If you book a room at Gothia Towers, you can book spa entrance according to availability with an additional fee. The age limit to visit the Upper House Spa is 18 years, or 15 years if accompanied by legal guardian. Please note the age of the children in the Special Requests box when booking. You are encouraged to make a table reservation and book parking space in advance. After booking, you will receive instructions from Gothia Towers Hotel via email. When booking 9 or more rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Enkelt att checka in och checka ut, bra frukostbuffé, välstädat rum.

Vintertäcket i sängen blev för varmt, mängden folk samtidigt i frukostrestaurangen gjorde det nästintill omöjligt att röra sig och skapade irritation bland andra gäster, tidsbegränsad tid 45 min vid frukosten var omöjlig att hålla pga av antalet människor och kötid vid äggstationen.

La ubicación, la atención y las piscinas, en general todo bien.

Lo que no nos gustó, fue que nunca pudimos encontrar los precios del mini bar en la habitación y nunca supimos como comunicarnos con recepción a través del teléfono en la pieza. Eso deberían hacer, poner los precios de cada producto del mini bar.

Rummet var jättefint.

Dålig info! Jag fick mail om att checka in på våning 25.. Kommer upp till våning 25 i torn 3 dessutom.. får då ny information att incheckningen ska ske på entréplan någonstans… Usel service - översittare! När jag hittar fram till reception på entréplan! Möts jag av en tjej i receptionen som ger mig felaktig information och hon tycker nog det är bäst att jag betalar rummet på en gång..
