Phaedra Suites

Charming and delightful owners who greeted us warmly and showed us our apartment which was a spacious, well equipped comfortable duplex suite on the first floor of an old Townhouse. We enjoyed sitting on our balcony late into the evening with a glass of wine, watching activities in the the street below. It is in a prime location on the edge of the old town close to shops restaurants and the old port. One of the owners, Agapi (which means love in Greek) gave us some great restaurant and café recommendations and was always interesting and engaging to talk to. She was also happy to look after our luggage whilst we went to fetch the car.

You do have to stop the traffic behind you to unload bags upon arrival but the locals accept it without beeping their horns as long as you're quick. Reasonably priced paid parking is available within a short walking distance but we managed to find free parking places in various roads nearby and a car park closer to the sea once we knew our way around.

Quiet and relaxing. Loved the courtyard with the pool which was always spotlessly clean. Lovely to have fresh filtered drinking water available there also. The manager was very friendly and kind and very particular about ensuring the property was perfect for guests.

Jaukus apartamentai, švarūs, buvo visi indai jaukus nedidelis baseinas, galėjai atsigerti kavos. Maloniai pasitiko savininkė, aprodė papasakojo viską.

Hôtel rempli de charmes, très jolie demeure en pierres, personnel serviable et agréable. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au coeur de la vielle ville et à proximité de la plage. Nous avons passé un moment très agréable, et si nous devons revenir à Réthimon, nous reviendrons ici.
