Logement moderne de très bon standing dans un immeuble ancien, d'une propreté irréprochable, très confortable et particulièrement bien situé dans la vieille ville de Split. Excellente literie et belle salle de bains très fonctionnelle. Accueil à distance précis, courtois et réactif.

Il est nécessaire de prêter attention aux photographies de ce logement. Elles sont très bien réalisées et montrent sans ambiguïté ce qui, de notre point de vue, montre les deux défauts des lieux, de sorte que l'on ne devrait pas en être surpris : - logement qui nécessite un éclairage artificiel permanent, au demeurant modulaire et de grande qualité mais le manque de clarté naturelle ne doit pas être ignoré ; - une kitchenette minimaliste certes ingénieusement insérée dans un espace très restreint mais de pratique incommode rendant la qualification d'appartement quelque peu exagérée .

L’emplacement est parfait . Mais surtout, le suivi d’Anya auprès de ces clients est extraordinaire. Elle a envoyé des messages chaque jour pour s’assurer de notre bien être Elle nous a donné des conseils pour les les restaurants, organisé les transferts aéroport Une femme d’une grande gentillesse Merci à elle

The apartment was superb, we loved the character and the location and Anja the host is super helpful. We followed a few of her recommendations and she genuinely wanted to make sure we had the best time.

Location, close to attractions, nice bathroom, a piece of the palace wall in the room, functional closet space.

A short flight of stairs.

Location is amazing and there are many restaurants, shops and the water front. The host is lovely, provided suggestions on the best restaurantes, places to visit. The place was very clean and had everything.

I could hear the steps of the apartment above at night and music from other apartments in the building. If you have a light sleep bring your ear plugs.

Location and cleanliness

Aircon was not great.

Very clean apartment right in the heart of old town. The location is so very convenient. The host Anja is extremely helpful with useful information and advice about the area including restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location, just off the harbour in the middle of the old town, it’s literally perfect location. Good size room, nice toilet and shower area,

It was lovely, if I was being pedantic, the coffee machine didn’t work , but for a 3 day trip and there’s a coffee shop across the road it made little difference.

Anja was the perfect host and answered all of our questions very timely. The location is fantastic . The featured 1,700 old wall in the bedroom is a fun touch. All amenities needed were present. Will definitely go back.
