Una habitación bastante espaciosa. El personal muy amable y atentos a cualquier requerimiento. El servicio de transporte bueno, sus conductores muy amables. El desayuno excelente.

Si bien la plancha la suministran bajo solicitud, si sería conveniente que ya estuviera equipada en la habitación.

Piso de alfombra, la habitación pequeña .. comparada con el precio de la habitación demasiado costosa

O hotel em si, é muito bom. Recepção muito atenciosa, café da manhã excelente com muitas opções de alimentação, e atendimento muito especial. Otima localização, em bairro seguro.

Infelizmente, nem tudo é perfeito, o hotel fica entre 2 avenidas onde o barulho do transito é muito forte. Outro ponto negativo é que as cortinas corta-luz não escurecem o quarto completamente, ficando nas laterais um espaço em que a iluminação da manhã penetre, e clareie muito o quarto.

I needed to travel to Quito due to urgent medical family circumstances. The hotel was convenient to the hospital and they prioritised my demand for two beds. Breakfast was good, staff kind and several good restaurants in the environment. The gym was also very welcome. I needed to travel back with the patient quickly for medical reasons. It was unfortunate that the hotel didn’t take that in account when they charged the full amount and not two days less. Although maybe formally correct, it felt not considerate given the circumstances . That was a shame.
