The room was clean, The location is excellent

The parking was not realy easy, the roads are really small and the number of parking in the neighborhood are limited.

The accommodation is located in one of the best part of the city and you can easily reach everything, I moved around mainly by walking but also with public transport is really easy to get everywhere from there. The host is really kind and helpful and runs a beautiful place where to welcome guests. A 10 out of 10 in everything

Przemiły i pomocny właściciel. W pokoju wszystko co potrzeba. Klimatyzacja. Dobre miejsce jako baza wypadowa. Można spacerem dojść do centrum.

The room and bathroom were very clean and tidy — no clutter, only basic & necessary furniture. The room was equipped with a hot water boiler, mugs, etc. There is also an outdoor kitchenette & eating area which is nice & spacious. The location is great — in a quiet neighborhood, but not far from all the sites, stores, etc. Would definitely recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting Tbilisi!!

The guesthouse was difficult to find as there is no signage outside to indicate which building it is. The address given on booking.com is also incorrect; the guesthouse is one street/ lane below the one written.

El baño, aunque privado, estaba lejos de mi habitación. Lamentablemente, me tocó lluvia y para ir a bañarme tuve que usar paraguas. La cocina no la pude usar prácticamente debido al frío intenso y la lluvia de finales de abril. El lugar es ideal para verano y tiempo seco, definitivamente
